H.E. Mr. Carlos Abad Ortiz, Ambassador of Ecuador to the United Kingdom, has been appointed Ecuador’s Permanent Representative to IMO. Mr Ortiz presented his credentials to IMO Secretary-General Sekimizu at IMO Headquarters today (18 September). Ecuador has been a Member of IMO since 1956.
