The Scientific Mission of the Ocean Carbon and Biogeochemistry program is to study the evolving role of the ocean in the global carbon cycle, in the face of environmental variability and change through studies of marine biogeochemical cycles and associated ecosystems.The OCB steering committee, in conjunction with it Ocean Fertilization Subcommittee, has developed a website on ocean fertilization.
A site designed to provide helpful information on the ethics of climate engineering with particular emphasis on the ethics of solar radiation management. This work is part of the Program on Ethics and Public Affairs in the Mansfield Center at the University of Montana. These pages were originally established through a grant from the U.S. National Science Foundation.
