La OMI y el Instituto Náutico organizaron conjuntamente el Seminario marítimo polar que tuvo lugar del 31 de octubre al 1 de noviembre de 2022 de forma presencial en la sede de la OMI en Londres. El seminario ofreció información de las últimas novedades relacionadas con la navegación polar en cuestiones como, por ejemplo, las tendencias de la actividad de los buques, las reglamentaciones y gobernanza.
